Anyone know what the specs are for the various bolts are??

Borrowed from another site:

Front:
- clevis-to-knuckle nuts : 55 ft.lbs.
- strut rod nut : 48 ft.lbs.
- strut-to-tower nut : 33 ft.lbs.
- stabilizer bar link nut : 37 ft.lbs.

Rear:
-shock absorber lower mounting bolt : 74 ft.lbs.
-upper mount is 52 ft.lbs

Am I the only one that thinks the rear shock specs are wrong?

They are correct. Make sure you don't tighten the top bolt until the bottom bolt is tight
