Did any if you guys checked or replaced your cabin air filter? A lot of automakers recommend to replace those ones a year or every 10-30k miles. My car will hit 15k miles tmrw, going to check it. So just a reminder for you all. Here is a great video how to replace it. You can get them from rockauto website for example.

Thanks for posting the tutorial. This is certainly of interest to me as a hay fever and other airborne allergy sufferer.

You are welcome. I did not search specifically for it in manual, but does it even mentions cabin filter? For example basic Frontier in my sig came without filter, just an empty slot for it. I need to check it too, been a while when I changed it last time.
I was going to make own video, but found this one :) Anyway going to check mine in Fiat soon.
Just a fair warning, that console plastic panel can be PITA to install back, had to remove it when installed short shifter adapter and new boot.

Sadly I don't. I am around 16,2xx currently. Might have to snag one of these sometime soon.

Ive replaced mine at the recommended intervals. I was surprised how much dirt those things can catch in so little time. Definitely something you'd want to keep up with

Welcome guys. I already ordered replacement filter. 15980 miles and going up, so it's time to change. Wonder how much dust it captured. Will post pic of used one

Just replaced mine. Took about 15 mins total. Hardest part was to install plastic panel back. Otherwise it is very easy and straight forward DIY.
Filters are soft and pliable, don't be afraid to squish them during removal/install. Fitting is pretty tight, so you will squish them and then it springs back to form.
Old filter (OE from factory) is Denso and happened to be not very dirty after 16k miles, which included driving from KY for FL shores and all the way to Key West (sand and salt in the air,3300 miles). Filter does not seem to be overloaded, had couple tiny leaves/grass in media, some dust. So it did it's job. I think I will change mine after 20k miles next time.

New filter that I used is Pronto that I got from rockauto website and is the cheapest. Media looks very similar, if not identical to OE Denso. Price was around $6.50.
If you can spot Charcoal particular fiters--those will help folks with allergies and do filter out odors.
