Emily likes to listen to her books on CD, using a memory stick. As there is NO CD player.

On the first book we did this and the book would start where she left off when turning off the car or switching to nav or radio etc.

But the latest book, using same stick after deleting files and putting new book on, it will go back to the beginning if she switches to NAV or radio (this did not happen on the last book).

Does the file have chapter markers? Separate files for each chapter? The problem is most likely in the file itself.

Yes there are separate chapters set up on the stick. same way as the other book which work perfectly.

There is a simple solution to this problem. Fiat just needs to make a slot in ALL stereo systems to play CD's. Why they only offer that on the base Pop models is a mystery to me. Hopefully Fiat reads this Forum site. Many people from this Forum have expressed the desire to have a C D player.

They play music and books.
