That looks great, You're the first I've heard to get an LED bulb to work in the DLR. Where did you get these?

I think a few had them work...but not for long. Hopefully these are a true solution and work for awhile! Def looks great.

My DRL led work only when the headlight is ON......after two years in my Fiat 500 Sport no trouble with the led but the headlights is always on the ON position.

Has anyone tried removing DLR bulb and tapping into wire to power an aftermarket LED strip? This would be outside of DRL/turn signal unit.

I haven't tapped into the wiring up front, but I did so in the rear of my vehicle to illuminate the Abarth bumper "fangs" at night:

Difficult to take a proper photo of the effect, but you get the point. Haven't had any issues so far.

I had LEDs to run in drl all the time with no canbus errors, but I had to tap into wire and add resistors. Which did heat up like crazy (25W), which did start to melt wires since there is not so much space in drl housing. Anyway tgey worked fine until long roadtrip on bumpy roads, one contact pin broke off. Anyway I cut off resistors, insilated melted wires, and put in piia bulbs.
