So, y'all know my car was in shop for 9 days, I picked it up 2 weeks ago or so.... Damn light is on again! We drove to. Vancouver (40mi) to pick up our Z3 I was having the engine light issue fixed (just needed intake hose replaced but it's also a 12yr old car & first time for the light!). Hubby had Fiat on cruise control, driving it home, while I was in the Z3, next thing I know he texts me..light on again! This time it didn't cause cruise to shut off. Grrrrr. So now I have to call Tonkin again tomorrow to see if I can bring it in (57mi journey...in rush hour traffic). Fix It Again Ted....

I was trying to as ridiculous as having to take a car w 1800 miles on it back to the shop & the first guy I met when looking at the car was Ted Davis @Kirkland Fiat. Yes, correct saying is "Tony".

They should just replace that car now? Any words from the people you contacted?

Yup. VERY satisfied with results. (Oh, I'm not sure if it was the email via fiat site that i finally got to go thru of the email to execs I sent that did the trick, but either way, original issues resolved). I never asked for replacement car. I love mine and none of the issues so far have been major, all small things adding up to huge annoyance. I sent you a PM for an update.
