I saw this on Amazon today and at $5qt. on the auto-ship program...someone might be interested in checking out. I am only sharing this for information as I do not personally know a thing about Mag1. If anyone tries it please let us know any feedback. I am currently using Penn Ultra Euro.

It's a good quality oil. Not flashy like M1 or Pennzoil for ex. They just don't waste that much money on commercials. Mag 1 is top line, same manufacture also makes Accel oil, Peak oil ( if I remember right) also various house brands like Walmart supertech at some markets. I had 3 cases of euro 5w-40, 9 qt right now are in use in 06 BMW 550i, will also use in my 500t later on. I also just received 3 gal of mag1 10w-40 syn blend for around $21 from amazon. Will use in various power equipment and as top up oil in all 3 cars. I had done and can post VOA (virgin oil analysis) for 5w-40 if you want to.

Also forgot to mention I also have 3 jugs of other mag1 5w-40 non euro HDEO which is more oriented for HD diesel trucks, but has gas specs and certificates.
I'll post used oil analysis from bimmer when it will reach 1 year(july) or get close to 15k miles.
