How much do they weight and what's the width and offset? Lookin' sharp!

How much do they weight and what's the width and offset? Lookin' sharp!

We listed the specs in the product description, but in case you did not get a chance to see here they are:

18x8

et27

cb58

4x98

10.2kg

575kg load

Flow Formed

The first batch of wheels sold out before we even got a chance to put any on a container and get them here. A number of FIAT Studios in the EU bought up the inventory (their dealers do more mods then ours here). The second batch is being produced now and we estimate that we will have stock in October.

The pics are of a set we got in for testing. They are being powdercoated right now and will go on our own ABARTH. As soon as the second production run is completed we will get them on the way here.

We put in place a reservation link for anyone who is interested in being updated on the wheels and have the first right of refusal on the order that will come in. The reservation is 1 penny and the link is in the first post.

Thanks man, yeah I'm on my mobile so didn't see the product desc. That about 22.5 lbs, which isn't too bad for an 18x8. You also run lower profile rubber which can offset any net weight penalties. If you get a chance to weigh one with the tire mounted (or weigh the tire you have now that's off the wheel while they're being powdercoated) that would give us a net weight for comparison's sake. Still, looks like a decent weight for 18x8.

Look good in the promo pic but great on the car! Heavier than I'd want but this has to be one of the best looking wheels out there for the 500.

I love the design but wish they offered a 17x7.5

If they made these in 15x8 that clears the RTB mount and front rotors, I would be throwing you my money faster than I could finish this sentence!

Thanks Tweak!

Keep in mind that these are 18" wheels that are flow formed, not regular cast.

The first production runs will be of the 18" wheels. Then once enough are sold the funds will be reinvested to create a mold for 17" wheels. Some things to keep in mind is that these wheels are being designed to meet and exceed OEM Specs and are being T.U.V. Certified. Many overseas made wheels are not T.U.V. Certified and are not up to OEM Specs.

A separate and very costly mold has to be created for each size. The investment in the molds and certification is in the tens of thousands in costs and sales have to justify the expense.

It is rather inexpensive to take non drilled Chinese Wheel that already exists and simply have the manufacturer drill a 4x98 pattern. As long as you are willing to buy a container they will do this. The wheels are rarely T.U.V. Certified and are made to a price point to move in volume.

This is a different deal altogether. Eduard Pogea has made great looking wheels in the past for his customers and with our assistance has decided to make these for those few that want something extra special.

Not yet since we do not have final production, shipping and tariff costs.

They will not be priced anywhere close to $500-700 Chinese wheels, but at the same time our goal is to get them here for less then other custom, made to order wheels.

We should have pricing in the next 30-60 days. We are meeting with the folks at Pogea in Germany next month to go over the wheels and many other items that are now in the works.

Sorry, not plans for making these in the 15"'s

The sales for 15" wheels are not simply there to support the investment needed.

We stock several options from Team Dynamics (TUV Approved and made in the UK) and several options from Competizione in a 15" wheel.

I should hope not. When are you looking at taking delivery of these? Can you do custom colors?

They just announced the price in Germany as 309 Euro each. That's about $411.
Add to that shipping costs, import taxes and dealer markup.......
I am sure in the LA area all the folks that bought the $3000 Pogea CF hoods will be sporting these as well :bling:

Our first set is in and getting powder coated right now. We can do custom colors (paint and powder coat) on all wheels we offer.

As far as delivery we estimate October. The first batch is already spoken for.

Our goal is to bring them out for about the same price (plus shipping costs and taxes). No additional mark up since Pogea Racing is our partner and we are their distributor here.

Those wheels look almost identical to some that Rotiform make. Very interested in these since they appear to be 4x98 with the proper offset :)

The wheels are sharp!

We have a set (Orange) on our ABARTH and we also have a set in the machine finish mounted with tires on display at our shop for our walk in customers to see. The feedback has been fantastic. We have over 30 different wheels on display at our shop and just about everyone that comes in stops at the Pogea Wheel Display and asks about them.

The wheels are in production now and we should have them in route in December. We are shipping them by sea to cut down on shipping costs and should have them in January.
