I have a 500L Trekking. I would love to get the light bar that shapped like a circle to light up like it does in the photos on the website. Any ideas? My studio service dept is clueless as is the customer support telephone number.

To be clear, the light bar built in to the headlight

It doesn't light up. It just looks like it does. There was a thread awhile back on that very topic. It sure looked like it lit up to me, too.

Welcome to the forum.

I think it'd be a great mod for sometime to make to have the white ring light up. Vendors are you reading this? :D

I'll bet you that is coming. Lighting strips are the USB port of the 2010s...

Slightly hijacked off-topic but some of the high intensity lighting out there these days is downright blinding/distracting.

The light looks frosted so it would likely not be very bright as far as output, it'd have a nice bright glow but wouldn't project causing any blinding situations.

(At least I think it'd be alright)

I think it would be, too. Volvo's daytime light strips at the rear of the XC60, et al, are a nice 'hey i'm here' glow. I think they are LED.
I'm talking about some of the crazy bright purple white lights that you see on the fronts of...is it mostly Audis and the new VWs?

Ah, and the new Camry which I think looks very bad, looks like they bought them from Pop Boys and stuck them on. The newer rides keep getting these added, Kia now has them also I've noticed but again the worst is the Camry.

I think this is stock anyway...

You're the main person I thought of the first time I saw the 500L headlights. :D

We are all over it Tweak. These headlights look amazing and when we reveal our 500L - it will open up a lot of peoples eyes to how cool this thing can really be.
