When I connect my new Galaxy S4 to my car, the car does not recognize the phone when toggling the radio media button. When I had my iPhone this didn't occur. Anyone else experience this issue? I even did the settings on the phone to connect it using a usb and nothing. I can use the whole Blue & Me thing, just can't hook it up to my car via USB to listen to my music -_-

Any help would be appreciated ^_^

Some phones just can't be used at this point. I had a HTC One and it wouldn't work either. They occasionally update via the software, but it is a slow process.

If you would like to stream media through BT from your phone I used this http://www.ebay.com/itm/USB-Bluetooth-3-5mm-Stereo-Audio-Music-Receiver-Adapter-White-/380655796031?pt=US_USB_Bluetooth_Adapters_Dongles&hash=item58a0da7f3f
it works amazing.
you plug it in the glovebox, sync to it, and you are good to go.

The Samsung people told me the same thing when I purchased my Galaxy S4Active but I still bought it to get away from iPhone.

I think I'll pick up one of the BT pieces for the glovebox. Looks interesting. Question about it. Can you put a USB splitter in the glove box so you can still charge the phone and use the USB BT thing?

ok so the BT device you posted you plug that into the USB port and connect the other cable to the line in input?

Yes I did try the Mass Storage thing and nothing.

As for the bluetooth thingy, can I use this one? http://www.amazon.com/Medialink-USB-Bluetooth-Adapter-Technology/dp/B004LNXO28/ref=sr_1_3?s=electronics&ie=UTF8&qid=1374590998&sr=1-3&keywords=usb+bluetooth+audio+adapter

The one you recommended received terrible reviews on Amazon.

That looks like just a USB Bluetooth adapter for computers/laptops without Bluetooth. You need something to convert the BT signal to audio.

Correct, the one I recommended converts BT signal to audio which is sent through the jack in the glove box. The reason it plugs into the USB port is for power. So no the one you found will not work. There are other ones I found that are battery powered that do the same thing as mine but I like the hassle free design of the one I linked.
As for the reviews... It is an inexpensive product so the build quality is probably hit or miss but mine is perfect and I have absolutely no complaints about it. I would recommend every fiat 500 owner to buy one.
