RRM REAR DIFFUSER REVIEW

FIT/FINISH: 9/10 (given a 9 because a few small portions of clear coat needed to be polished again)

INSTALL DIFFICULTY: 1/5

PRICE: $679.00

So last weekend I got a chance to install the RRM REAR Diffuser. First off its very good CF. Nice tight weave with a good finish. It installed in about 20min and is a nice Subtle touch to the Abarth. The RRM Rear diffuser comes with the factory clips and slots to drill the 4 holes on the bottom to mount it using the factory hardware. Its also a little lighter than the stock diffuser but the stock diffuser is very light to start with so this wasn't done to really lighten up anything but mainly for aesthetics.

INSTALL:

Installation is very straight forward, simply unscrew the factory torx screws on the outer edges (2) and remove the (2) 8mm bolts from the center. Then pop the clips from the inside back out(10). Installation is the reverse. We were able to do this without even jacking the car up. Due to the rigidity of the Cf piece we worked from one side to the other popping the clips back into the rear bumper. One big plus about the RRM unit is that they have the factory style clips built into the diffuser so it fits like factory. We then lined up the holes and drilled out the torx holes and then the center 8mm bolt holes and reinstalled the RRM diffuser. It should take more than 30min at a very relaxed pace.

Special thanks to DIVS.

NOTE*- The center has a SS screen mesh which comes unpainted. We hit it with some flat black before re-installing it for a stealth look.

Looks great Chris, wish people would quit posting stuff that makes me want to buy more things I shouldn't though. :p

Looks good, but do you have any non-fisheye lens effects pics?

Price should be less since you have to drill your own holes... :p

We did a great job improving on the stock one and also the EURO derived ones. Fit and finish is superior to any we have seen. Glad you like it. I will take a 9 out of 10 for sure.
