I've been running 10mmF/15mmR lowered on
madness co's. I've rubbed twice though, once in AX, one getting an onramp all wrong and catching air.
The Italian forums seem to prefer 12mm all around, fwiw.
Madness sells those now, IIRC, and even a crazy 60mm spacer!
I've never rubbed in the rear at least, even with 15mm.
So it's only under load, fully cranked, and misjudging cones or road surface, lol.

Maybe 5mmF/15mmR to be safe if you are going low.
I have •barely• one finger between tire and top of arch.

Here's a thread with pics of measurements of my stock hyperblacks and p-neros just before taking them off, the way I've been running them for about 4 months, with those two rub events I described elsewhere: http://www.fiat500usaforum.com/showthread.php?10329-New-Shoes-for-Isabella-(OZ-Z2-s)/page3

I'll measure with the new OZ/Z2's again today after I unload the trunk with the 90lbs of stock wheels in it right now... :-)
